a A COMING FIRESTORM - by Paul Brown

I believe the Lord gave me a word that there is a storm coming; a firestorm of the Spirit coming to North America. This storm will shake everything that can be shaken, and will burn up everything that is not of God in our lives. It will purge the church of faithlessness and unbelief. I believe this storm is neither good or bad, but as Joshua 5:13,14 this storm is to accomplish the will of God.  (Now it came about when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man was standing opposite him with his sword drawn in his hand, and Joshua went to him and said to him, "Are you for us or for our adversaries?" He said, "No; rather I indeed come now as captain of the host of the LORD." And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and bowed down, and said to him, "What has my lord to say to his servant?") I believe this is established in heaven and will not be turned back (No mater who the next president of the United States is). However the right man will alter the intensity and severity of this firestorm.

Prior to this I believe the Lord showed me that He is going to provide opportunity and free up some of our time, even supernaturally. But that this time is not to be overlooked or waste. It is time to know our God and know the will of our God. It is time to pray.

About 8 years ago the Lord said to me that without a need, there is no miraculous. and that we (the bride) were created to, and were going to walk continually in the miraculous, or in His glory. I believe there is going to be much need created in North America, and around the world. I read a headline yesterday about a government leader in Europe going to the Middle East asking to receive financial help for their collapsing economy. Many of the greatest miracles in the bible came in the midst of the greatest need.

Please, Please, Please- this is not doom and gloom, or a would-be prophet crying judgment is coming. I have never once heard the Lord use the word judgment or punishment; although if we are honest with our selves I think we can see some open doors that allow the enemy access as the protective hand of God who is Love, has been pushed away. But what I have heard Him say; Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. "For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you.” Nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. Isa. 60:1-3  And, that this is the finest hour of His church, His bride, the revelation of the son’s (and daughters) of God. This is the hour to walk in the dominion we have in and through Christ. It is the hour to wake up, pray up, step up, speak up, and do all the will of God. (Go through, go through the gates, Clear the way for the people; Build up, build up the highway, Remove the stones, lift up a standard over the peoples. Isa 62:10

This is our hour church, in the midst of need, there will be many many miracles, many many souls coming into the kingdom. Jesus said: "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father".

This just came to me, I believe one of Jesus’ greatest miracles came during the suffering He experienced on the cross, He said to the man hanging next to Him on another cross of suffering (that exposed his need), This day you shall be with me in paradise. In his greatest suffering, He brought salvation to another who was also suffering. I think this is a picture for us; suffering comes, and as the righteous prophets of old, some of us may be carried away to the suffering of captivity along with the unrighteous; but what is the will and purpose of God in the midst of this suffering? That we may lead many to Christ so they will be with Him in His glory.

May His Love be your strength
